In the main house, all large living areas have access to the same large covered terrace.  Also the rustic kitchen has a breakfast area.  Furthermore the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

There is also an apartment for staff with 2 bedrooms.  All rooms, except staff accommodation, are located on the ground floor.

Four more bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite are located in another adjoining building.  A charming shaded interior courtyard is protected because of the branches of the surrounding trees.  The property also enjoys air conditioning, electricity and its own well.

Furthermore, the huge pool is embedded in part of the beautiful garden. Then there is another building that opens in the summer and is also used as a barbecue area.

Finally the large pond with pavilion seems like it is surrounded by trees and shrubs in another part of the landscaped grounds.

The Village of Llubi
